Praxis Dynamics handles the work most consulting firms walk away from — businesses in active crisis, liquidations already in motion, cross-industry system problems, and security gaps that live in human behavior rather than software. The name comes from "praxis" — the Greek word for practice, for turning theory into action.
Every engagement starts from the real situation, not a framework. That means turnaround management, asset liquidation, systems and strategy consulting, and security assessments — each scoped from scratch.

The Founder
Jack Kochen has been building in blockchain since 2012 — co-founding VyFinance (one of the first DeFi applications on Cardano), contributing to the launch of Hanzo.ai, and working with projects from MoonPay to VeChain. He runs Praxis Dynamics as a direct extension of that operational experience.
His work spans programming (Golang, web technologies), community and organizational management, operational logistics, and cross-industry consulting. Industries include:
